Most of our tools are warranted for a period of TEN YEARS for consumer use and THREE YEARS for professional stylist use. Warranty period begins at the date of purchase and is against any defects in workmanship or materials. Warranty is valid only if this product has been purchased from an authorized Metropolis Technology retailer. Your product must be registered with Metropolis Technology in order to activate your warranty. The tool is not warranted against abuse, misuse and damage, or from wear and tear from daily use. Burning the cord by wrapping around a hot tool or dousing tool with water voids warranty.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR WARRANTY SERVICE:
- Pack tool in a secure box
- Insure for the replacement value and request "Proof of Delivery"
- Enclose proof of purchase (sales receipt, credit card receipt, etc.)
- Include your name, address & telephone numbers
- Describe the nature of the problem
- Enclose $20.00 (Can. $25, €20) shipping & handling and ship to:
